EQUINE Integrated Bodywork Session
This session is required for any NEW equine client's first visit.
I gather a lot of information during these sessions - both from you, and from your horse. I will watch your horse move, learn of any sensitivities they may exhibit, and offer a very comprehensive session with everything in my tool box. It is important to me that I am focused, move slowly, and gain your horses trust.
Each horse will have Body Awareness Energy Healing work, experience the MagnaWave PEMF coils, have accu-points stimulated with the cold laser, and enjoy effleurage massage strokes. It is possible to participate in some stretching exercises too!
Within the first hour of my time with a new horse, it will be very clear to me what they prefer for future visits, and we can come up with a wellness plan together!
Please plan on a full 60-70 minutes per horse for Integrated Bodywork Sessions. These visits are always available at your request, are recommended every 3-6 months, and is my most popular equine service!

RIDING INSTRUCTION
I travel to you! I am a MA licensed riding instructor with a focus on relationship building, and two way communication. Establish calm and efficient horsemanship skills to allow ease for both you and your horse. I keep things varied, so we can work on what is needed - and that changes all the time!
I have a hard and fast focus on foundation horsemanship. With me, the horse is first, always - so expect that we will go slow in our asks, we will support them as they seek our guidance, and provide them with trust and relationship as both learn and develop a feel for each other.
Beginner to intermediate adults, or children with any level of experience.

Private and group yoga for equestrians! Enjoy a 60 minute yoga class focused on accessing areas of the body essential to horseback riding.
As a certified yoga instructor (250 hr) with over 5 years of teaching under my belt, I can customize a program for your barn family, for yourself, or you and your horse!
Yep, bring your horse along and enjoy listening to them breathe and find comfort in touching them throughout poses. It's so fun any way you do it!

COLD LASER SUPPORT
Cold laser can be used to target accu-points and assist with stress-point relief. It can help reduce scar tissue and increase wound healing time.
A valuable tool for injury support, healing of tendon issues, easing pain of navicular, wound stimulation from spay/neuter surgery and a host of other uses!
I can offer a small add-on fee ($20) to a booked bodywork session or can work with you to develop a custom develop session for your equine or canine.
